“view image” links not working

I have my permalinks set to %pagename%. Unfortunately, when I try and view an image in the media gallery, it tries to go to a similar image address instead of a query.

examples:
when permalinks are set to %pagename%-
https://tandemliterary.com/17/download-brochure

query it uses when permalinks are at default values-
https://tandemliterary.com/?attachment_id=452

I recently moved my blog and I don’t know if this was a problem before or a result of the move…anyone know how to fix this?
