View in Outlook

    Hello,

    is it normal that the email in outlook is the complete width of monitor (see screenshot)
    In the pre-view inside the plugin the view of the order confirmation mail (in my example) are great and have just a width of approx 600(?) px….

    PS: When i storage the email in Outlook (safe under) and use a .html file and open the email inside a browser it looks perfect – see:

    When i open the email in an email client like https://www.web.de the email looks alsor great. I guess it would be a problem with Outlook 2016….I am using Win10 and Outlook 2016 professional

    Hi, the screenshots are expired. I am sorry, i cannot wait so long due this issue and i already arrange a refund of this plugin so i do not need any support.
