View listing in same page or tab

I have 2 tabs as seen in the link

when i click view, it opens the information in the next tab(View Profiles By Job Groupings) and not the same one it sits in. Not sure why. Same thing when i click the job title and job groupings. The other tab(View Profiles By Job Groupings) is just the directory listing of the job groupings.
