View Logs doesn't show all the logs anymore

When I go to my Admin pages, I get “Better WP Security has noticed a change to some files in your WordPress installation. Please review the logs to make sure your system has not been compromised.” So I click the View Logs button and it only shows me the Clean Database section, the Current Lockouts section, and the tile for 404 Errors but no errors show and none of the other sections after that. This was going on before the recent update and it still happens after updating to Better WP Security 3.4.7

So I can’t review the logs at all and Dismissing the message doesn’t dismiss it, it still shows the next time I return to the Admin pages.

Also, when I do get to see these logs again, it would be nice if we could clean out those records or at least get it to not report every change the logged on admin makes.
