View member profile doesnt work

    Hi guys, i nee help with the Ultimate member. if I open the members page I can see all the members, however if I press to view or edit I cant, its says :

    The page can’t be found.
    It looks like nothing was found at this location.

    has anyone any idea what could be wrong?
