View My Shop url not working

Good to know that the plugin has served you well. Whenever you hit the 404 page while trying to access any of the plugin pages, the first thing you should check is the page selection within the plugin setting panels. The path for the same is-

Wp-admin>> WooCommerce>> WCMp>> Pages

If you find that all pages are setup correctly there, then send across the wp-admin access via a new support thread at https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum/. Make sure that you mark the comment as private when sharing the access details.

Yes everything looks correct, I never changed any of those settings so it should be set to the default. Is the sample url I gave above the correct format for the url? example.com/vendor/[vendors_username]/

Yes, that’s the correct one. Use case-

Website- https://demo.dualcube.com/wordpress/plugins/dc_woocommerce_multi_vendor/

Username- demo_vendor
Password- demo_vendor

Shop page- https://demo.dualcube.com/wordpress/plugins/dc_woocommerce_multi_vendor/vendor/demo_vendor/

Same issue with my site

URL is not working. Seems like the vendor page is not being created. Can you please help with the details of how this was fixed?

Apology for delayed response. Please check the page selection within the plugin setting panels. The path for the same is-

Wp-admin>> WooCommerce>> WCMp>> Pages

If you find that all pages are setup correctly there, then reset your permalinks from Wp-admin>> Settings >> Permalinks. Please let us know if this solves your problem or not.
