Under Library Settings, first start by clicking on ‘Reset current Library for table layout’. This will set a lot of elements for a table layout. You can then go from there and customize.

I changed the links to buttons in a new update to make them more obvious to use.

I also see there is a field for ratings, how does one rate?

There is a field called Rating at the bottom of the links editor, that allows you to rank your links with ratings from 0 to 10.
