  • Your theme features WooCommerce support so I don’t think you should have to make an “Order received” page, it should work. The theme has several WooCommerce customisations, and www.ads-software.com forum members don’t have access to those, so the vendor is best placed to provide support as they know the product. The cost of support is included in the theme purchase price.

    Hi Lorro
until yesterday the “order received” page and “view order”, “edit adress” or “lost password” pages are all correctly displayed.
After updatet to WP Ver. 4.0 i have trouble to upload jpg Files.
To localize which plugin work wrong, i deactivate ALL plugins, include Woocommerce plugin and i activate plugins one by one and tryed to upload Media. Now i found the wrong plugin, but all the above mentioned pages are NOT displayed.
i don’t Think is a Theme problem i thin is a Woocommerce problem

    What can i do?

    Thanks
    Francesco

WooCommerce on its own doesn’t do this, so I should look at the WP update and your theme which uses some customised WooCommerce functions. It may take a week or two for WP to root out any bugs in the new version and for your theme’s author to update the theme to fully work with WP4. If you can’t wait, consider reverting to WP 3.9.2 for a short time. I still think you should take these problems to the theme vendor’s support.
