Hello, We are a very venue-centric club, and our members like to go back and look up previous venues we have visited (not previous events, previous venues). However, when I try to create a link to a venue, the link redirects to the home page. When on the admin edit screen for venues, there is no permalink at the top of the edit information. I can see a list of venues in the admin screen, but when you hover, there is no “view” link.

I contacted support two weeks ago. I was provided an “extension” that didn’t work. Then I was told it was caused by my hosting provider. Any plugin that creates custom post types (or that I create myself) work fine, just not tribe_venue post type. I have disabled all plugins except The Calendar Events, cleared my caches, reset permalinks to “plain” and tried using “?p=[post id]”. Nothing works, it always gets redirected back to the home page.

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

    Hi @ext237

    Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, the “Venue & Organizer Pages” feature is only available on our PRO version.

If you do have an active license with us, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk for us to assist and help you better.

I’ve been exchanging email with your support staff for 3 weeks, they even had me spend the time to stand up a staging environment and provide them admin access. They never told me it was a pro-only feature. Otherwise, I would have upgraded and saved an enormous amount of time and hassle.
