“View Post” Button Error

I am having issues with a button on our Blog Page. I am unsure of next steps or trouble shooting. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

When you visit the https://www.precision-outdoors.com homepage and scroll down you will see a “View Project” button under the Inspiring Projects Section on the homepage. Clicking this button will allow you to view the featured project or blog post..

The core issue we are facing is when you click the same “View Project” button when you visit https://www.precision-outdoors.com/portfolio/ , it will result in an error. When you click on the same “View Project Button”, it will bring up the page https://localhost:8888/Avon%20Paver%20Patio%20&%20Pergola . I am unsure why the button behaves this way and want to know what I can do to either remove the button or adjust the code accordingly.
