View post comments and add Number loaded

    This is a great plugin
    But it needs two features
    View comments form without hiding
    Show a certain amount of comments and display the rest on that number.
    This means that if 10 comments were seen in the first, loading the next 10, until the end .
    These two features make this plugin perfect
    Please put these features.
