• The links for ‘View profile’ do not take the user to the profiles. Allow guests to view profiles is enabled. Allow members to view profiles is also enabled.

    Hi @paultj80,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Upon checking the link of the “View profile” hyperlink, it appears that it simply redirects to the top of the page.

    In that note, may I kindly ask if you have a redirection or permalink plugin that might’ve caused this behavior? If so, please deactivate temporarily and check if the issue persists.

    Thanks for the reply Robert. The only plugin I felt that could interefere was the security plugin, but it wasn’t even configured yet. I disabled it anyway but still no luck. So I also disabled the SEO plugin, it still doesn’t work. Maybe LiveCanvas, which is the website builder, but if I disable that then the whole website will break.

    I tried disabling LiveCanvas as well but it still doesn’t work. The enabled plugins:
