When I go into Views and either create a new view or edit an existing view, the Query builder does not show up. The page is blank below the Mode options. Is it possible the WordPress 5.5 is an issue for this plugin?

    Please advise. Thanks.

  • Hi @mhjp,

    Thank you for reaching out!
I just checked this on my end (WP 5.5) and the query section seems to be displaying ok.

Can you please install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Strong Testimonials and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes!

    Warmly,
    Mihaela
