View Single File Pages

Hi,
We are using the https://codecanyon.net/item/ajax-search-pro-for-wordpress-live-search-plugin/3357410 plugin to search all the files for download which works well and returns the results as expected. When a search result is clicked to go to the single post file page we get 404 error https://www.nebulasdesign.com/dementia/?post_type=dlm_download&p=428. Can you tell me how to create a template for this or why it doesn’t work? A page that contains the file shortcode would be perfect so the user can view the file information and download the file?
Alternatively would your page addon plugin https://www.download-monitor.com/extensions/page-addon/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=extension-block&utm_campaign=Page%20Addon resolve this issue and allow us to link through to the resource info page?
