[view-ticket] shortcode not working

    Hello ,

    [view-ticket] shortcode does not work even though the user is logged in. It appears as [view-ticket] text on the page. In another support request, you said that your problem would be solved by updating the plugin to the latest version, but I am still having problems with the latest version of my plugin. Can you help me ?

    [view-ticket] shortcode comes from pro plugin. Can you please submit ticket our website support desk forum so that our pro support team can check and help on this.

    I’m also having the same problem the [view-ticket] shortcode isn’t working, meanwhile I’m using the free version of the plugin, can I still have access to it? should I proceed to raising support ticket on the same issue?

    thank you for writing. View ticket features come with pro version. I am sorry free version does not have view ticket features.
