• Hi,

First all of thanks for a great plugin.
My problem starts when the end user wants to view details of a specific ticket. The ticket list is working well and all tickets are showing up. It’s when you click on a single ticket the problem comes along. It states “No such ticket available.”. Both in SCP, userside and WP admin ticket it shows up, but not in the frontend of WP. ?service=view&ticket=618129 seems to be something wrong. The ticketnumber is correct though.
    Any suggestions?

On a sidenote; Are you planning to add internal notes for the tickets? And delegation for specific agent in WP admin?

    Hello,

hmm thats a strange issue, which osTicket version are you running?

Internal notes is already created in dev, we are working hard on the next release which has been way past due.

Delegation for specific admins is also scheduled in, but not created yet, i expect that to be finished in the next version.

    osticket v1.9.8.1

Yeah it’s strange, cause it’s the only function not working preoperly. I can view the list, and all elements show. But when i try to view details for one specific ticket it shows “no such ticket available”.
Can it be something with the version?

Cool, looking forward to those features ??

hmm the version should work fine.
in our plugin the right version is also selected?
    (sorry for slow response)

if so i will double check with my dev see if we can reproduce.

NP. The site is under construction, so no hurry ??

    any updates?

    Hey,

Well so far we been trying to reproduce but on php 5.4 / 5.6 and 7 we don’t get this issue so far.

That being said we do use 1.9.3 and 1.9.12 for testing purposes.
is it possible for you to upgrade to 1.9.12 ?

    Regards,
    Marco

We use php ver 5.6.19 if that can help with anything.

I will upgrade to osticket 1.9.12 over the weekend and come back to you with an update.

Another sidequestion; When I try to open a new ticket and select a helptopic, the form for the helptopic doesn’t show.
I have a helptopic and form called New employee with fields such as name, title, department etc. None of those fields show up. I can choose the category “support”, then the help topic dropdown shows up. but when i choose from the help topic dropdown, no new fields are visible.

I will check again after the upgrade, but just wondering if this is something any other users have experienced.

    Alright,
Hopefully the 1.9.12 makes the difference ??

    The side question:
Our plugin did not implement custom forms yet, so only the help topic will currently work.

(the plugin is still a work in progress, new features get added regularly tho).

    Hi again.

i successfully upgraded to 1.9.12 and the issue is still there :/
I have no idea what this can be caused by.. hmm

    Thread Starter danielsoli

    (@danielsoli)

Still no luck in recreating the problem?

    (@mtiggelaar)

I’m afraid not, i did find another bug which was user dependent for submission (where it didn’t find the message validation)

Basically when you got a department with help topic the help topc should show.

Custom forms below that help topic won’t work yet tho as we didn’t make any custom form feature yet. (but it’s a good idea to add that in our next version).

I have the same problem. The list of tickets show up, but when you click on the ticket to get the details it says “No such ticket available.”

I was able to pull up the ticket via osTicket, but not using the osTicket Bridge.

Doing a search in the osTicket Bridge backend does not find that specific ticket number.
