    We have user SchutB who submits tickets and is a Support User.

    We now also have BergJvd who wants to see the tickets that SchutB created.

    I can’t really seem to find how to do this. Could you help me?

    Hi @arjanoskam

    Thank you for getting in touch. User 2 cannot view the ticket created by User 1 directly. However, a solution is to utilize our Company Profile Add-on. This feature enables multiple users within the same company to access, view, and handle tickets associated with their company or organization.
