    Hi,

    How does the tracking of opening emails work? Is it based on tracking via images? Because if that’s the case people who have the automatically opening image disabled won’t be tracked. I want to delete all people who have subscribed but never view the emails.

    Hi,

    For lite users, it’s based on image and for PRO users, it’s based on the image as well as using link tracking.

    So, if automatically opening an image is disabled, subscribers won’t be tracked for Email Subscribers free version.

    But, if you are using Email Subscribes PRO and if you have any link in the content and someone clicks on the link, users are tracked as well.
