Viewing logs shows raw html since the move to the new system

I hope you are doing well.

Some of the logs were coming with CSS, which was overwriting the CSS of the logs page, and breaking the layout/ styling of the page completely, that’s why we removed the HTML support.

I never had any CSS issues. With this update, the logs are now useless as I can’t easily see the contents of an email without copying the html code, pasting it in a document, saving it as index.html and opening it in my browser.

Can you PLEASE restore this functionality? It makes the email log pointless without rendering html code on the fly. I really don’t want to move to a different SMTP plugin as yours is the best.

Staying on version 2.4.9 for now…

No worries, we are working on a quick bug fix and improvement version, in which we’ll add the HTML support back to the email content with checks to avoid CSS conflict issues in the future.

Yep, got the same issue and tbh, its rly annoying, let them working on a workaround and see when an update come ??

What is the ETA for release out of beta?

Thank you @smakazmi15 it works but can we make it like is used to be before the update? The new preview has a huge chunk on top of it with the email message summary (From, To, Date, Subject, Delivery URL) and it reduces the amount you can see of the HTML email. Before the update, it would just show the HTML in the popup.

Speaking of other feature requests. It would be nice to see if there is an attachment in the email. An icon or preview of the attachment would be great so we know attachments are correctly being sent. Example PDF invoices.

Hope you are doing good. We have released a new email log attachment support addon with following features;
1- View attachments in log section.
2- Send attachments with Resend option in logs section.
3- Delete attachments when respective logs are removed.
