Viewing more than one slide at a time

Hi there,
I have this plugin installed with the WordPress theme I’ve purchased.
I’m trying to recreate the main (large) slider that can be seen here…
Having spent several hours on this – I can’t workout what the settings are to get more than one slide showing in the slider at a time. The best I’ve got is the Staff Carousel V1 template but that makes the central slide the focal point when I want the slides to begin from the left.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
