Try checking it on your style.css. It is all about the css. The positioning and the dimensions.

Look for this phrase below.
@media only screen and ( max-width: 479px )…
Then start editing.

The text area widget is a plug-in. Not sure how to edit that in style.css.

Sorry, you’re using a premium/paid theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.

Tried it many times and it did worked for me. Try visiting your Dashboard then Appearance and click Editor. Find style.css. But if you’re a newbie about css you can contact your support then.
