    Hi,

Since the last update my site doesn’t display correctly – post pages look like it’s trying to display the mobile version on a desktop but with terrible formatting (I’m using the standard jetpack module for mobile displays). When I disable the plugin then everything displays correctly.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is there a new setting I need to adjust? I love this plugin so I’m really sad that at the moment I need to disable it ?? Any pointers gratefully received!

    With many thanks,

    Paul

  • Hi,

Same here since last update, settingpage displayed this :

One or more FULLTEXT indices are missing. Please hit the Recreate Index button at the bottom of the page to fix this.

fixing index result in this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function crp_single_activate() in /data/home/mist01/domains/mistrix-recepten.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contextual-related-posts/admin/admin.php on line 229

Plugin is stil wirking but you see only 5 dots but no images or links.

Thank you for reporting this. I’m looking into this and should have a fix out soon.

I’m embarrassed to admit this but the fault is entirely mine…after updating the plugin I needed to “empty the cache” from the W3 cache plugin. I’m not entirely sure what that means, but I reactivated the excellent CRP plugin, emptied the cache and now everything is working again beautifully!

PS: Nice site, Rick! I’ve bookmarked it and I’ll show it to my Dutch wife who’s much better at Dutch (and in the kitchen) than I! (put “/nl” at the end of my link for my Dutch attempt ??

Same problem, but no solution even after re-install extension and empty cache.

    Paul, thanks for confirming this.

JD VALY, could you please reset the plugin options to default and also clear my plugin cache as well as the cache of W3 Total Cache.

Rick, There is a bug in the Recreate Index in v2.2.0. I’ve fixed this in the github repository and will release a version tomorrow.

    Hi guys,

After the latest update to version 2.2 CRP only displays 5 round shapes in place of the links that should be there. You can see it here.

I tried disabling all other plugins and clearing the cache of CRP which had no effect.

Is this caused by the bug that WebberZone mentions above? If not how can I fix it? Thanks

    Hi,

v2.2.1 should be out shortly that resolves some bugs including a style bug that doesn’t allow a user to switch from Rounded to No style (moving from rounded to text only to no style works).

v2.2.1 has been released. I recommend resetting to default options and making settings again.

Thanks WebberZone i’ve updated CRP plugin, reindexed and all went fine.

    @paul thanks for the compliment!

All is now Ok with V2.2.1 !
    Thanks

I’ve just installed this plugin for the first time and I keep getting this error, no matter what I do. I’ve also tried to reset it but nothing changes. Any idea?

I also deleted and reinstalled it, no luck.

Could you please post the exact error that you’re getting for me?
