    Hi,

Since the last update my site doesn’t display correctly – post pages look like it’s trying to display the mobile version on a desktop but with terrible formatting (I’m using the standard jetpack module for mobile displays). When I disable the plugin then everything displays correctly.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is there a new setting I need to adjust? I love this plugin so I’m really sad that at the moment I need to disable it ?? Any pointers gratefully received!

    With many thanks,

    Paul

  • Hi Webber, I’m not getting any error (or, I don’t know where to look at). I just keep getting this warning on top of the page:

“One or more FULLTEXT indices are missing. Please hit the Recreate Index button at the bottom of the page to fix this.”

Even after clicking the “Recreate Index button”. Then nothing is shown on the website, but I guess it’s because of it.

Could you please let me know how big your site is? If it got too many posts then the PHP might be timing out when trying to recreate the index.

Also, are you, by any chance, hosted on WP Engine or GoDaddy?

Hi Webber, never mind, I solved the issue.
My user db didn’t have the permission to ALTER the db (maybe you could add it to the FAQ as I guess it’s the standard WP procedure when you create a new website).

To answer your questions, no, it’s just a small personal blog and it’s hosted on Hostgator.

    Many thanks for your support,
    have a nice day.
