Viewing Submission Error

    I did click on the Show Legacy Submissions Page in the settings based on the other thread that was started. I also updated to WordPress 6.6. What do I do to fix the above error?

    Hey Amelia,

    After you have enabled the “Show Legacy Submissions Page” option and clicked on the “Save Settings” button, please reload/refresh the Settings page and then go to the Submissions page in a new browser tab.

    I followed the instructions 3 times and before in the other thread and still getting the same error. I don’t know why this thread is checked off as this isn’t solved.

    Hi Amelia,

    Sorry to hear that. Could you please share a screen recording so I can see the issue you’re having even after enabling the Legacy submissions? Thank you.

    Sorry for the delay. Could you please confirm if you’re still experiencing this same issue after updating to the latest version of our Ninja Forms v3.8.8? Thank you.

    I update to the new version. The error still happened. After I unchecked “Show Legacy Submissions Page” and saved the settings, this worked. Thanks for your help.
