    Hi everyone

Since one of the latest updates all members with the role editor can not see the number of views for each post in the posts overview.

Is there a way to fix it by myself or will this problem be addressed by a new update?

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Hi @andrisutter,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please let us know which version of WP Statistics you are using? We just tested this with the latest version (v14.12.5), and it appears to be working as expected.

Additionally, please check the Minimum Role to View Statistics setting by navigating to Statistics > Settings > Roles & Permissions. To allow editors to view the statistics, the minimum role should be set to either edit_others_posts or edit_posts.

If the minimum role is already configured correctly, kindly try saving the settings again, as this may resolve the issue.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards,
    Matthew

    Hi @mhdizmni

    Thank you for your answer.

I’m using WordPress 6.7.2 and WP Statistics 14.12.5.

The minimum role to view statistics is set to edit_other_posts.
Even after update this setting, the editor can not see the views in the posts overview but is able to see statistics in the sidebar.

    Best regards

    Dear @andrisutter,

Since the Statistics menu is visible in the sidebar, the roles setting appears to be functioning as expected.

Could you please check the Screen Options on the Posts page and ensure that the “View” column is selected? Here is an image for your reference: https://i.vgy.me/Tm6xiJ.png.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

Thank you, @andrisutter, for providing the site information!

I’ve reviewed it, and everything looks in order. However, I’ve escalated this to our development team for further investigation.

We’ll update you as soon as we have more information.
