Vik Booking Rooms Widget missing

    After installing the plugins VikBooking and VikWidgetsLoader all widgets are available except for Vik Booking Rooms Widget. Is it only available for Pro?

    Hi,

    Yes, the rooms widget is only enabled in the commercial (Pro) version of the plugin, but you can just use the Shortcode of type “Rooms List” with the free version. At that point you will have a page listing all your room-types and you can add a menu entry for this page.

    The setup of the Shortcodes is mandatory, and you should not use them in the home page. We recommend setting up at least 3 types of Shortcodes by linking them to one corresponding page: Search Form, Booking Details and Rooms List. The rest of the Shortcodes are optional, but these will be helpful with the URL rewriting functions.
