Hi,
Thanks for describing the issue. We believe that’s just a simple CSS conflict with a third-party plugin that is making the modal window and its overlay totally invisible in your case.
Whenever the page Dashboard is visited for the first time, VikBooking prompts a message displayed within a modal window to enable the RSS feeds. Such message comes with a black overlay with opacity, and that’s probably what is making your dashboard look frozen.
Our suggestion is to use the browser inspector tool to inspect the elements of your frozen dashboard so that you can let the modal window be displayed by resolving the necessary CSS conflicts, hence by disabling or by adjusting some conflicting rules erroneously declared by other plugins that should not interfere with their CSS assets on any page of your wp-admin section.
Alternatively, you can try to temporarily disable some third-party plugins that may be causing conflicts with Bootstrap. The goal is to have the modal window for the RSS feeds permission displayed so that you can accept or deny the usage of the RSS feeds in VikBooking. Once your choice will be registered, no more conflicts will ever occur with the page Dashboard.
We invite you to get in touch with our team through our website should you need any help with displaying the invisible modal window due to the CSS conflicts with other plugins installed on your website. Without using the browser inspector tool to see what plugins or CSS rules are causing this conflict, this is the most we can tell you to fix the problem once for good.
We hope this is helpful!
