    Hello Team,

Thanks for the awesome plugin. I am using VikBooking & VikChannel Manager plugin in one of my client site. It’s a multisite WordPress setup. I have installed the VikStripe plugin and activate it only for one site. Now according to the document the Stripe setting should show in the VikBooking Dashboard under the Global menu drop down, but it’s not showing there. It’s not printing any error also.

Any idea about this issue? Am I doing something wrong?

Looking for your reply. Thanks in advance ??

    Hello,
Thanks for using our plugins. The Stripe integration for Vik Booking does not use any kind of internal database tables, it simply declares some “hooks” to which the main plugin Vik Booking answers to gather the admin parameters, to start the transactions and to validate them.
This means that for a multisite WordPress configuration there should not be any problems. Usually, with the multisite option turned on, problems are related to the use of the database tables across the various sub-sites.
We have developed a plugin that unifies the “tables” prefix of the db so that every sub-site of the network will actually read and write data from the same instance/installation of Vik Booking.
Ideally, all available payment plugins (like VikStripe) should appear in the drop down menu “Driver file” in the creation page of a new Payment Method in Vik Booking.
Since these features are related to just the Pro version of the plugin, it would be better if you could open a Support Ticket from our website at https://vikwp.com. In case you are developing the website for one of your clients, you can ask them to flag your account as a “Contributor”. This way you will also be able to open Support Tickets.
