Vimeo Short Code

Have you checked to see whether it clashes with any other plugins? In particular, are you using Jetpack? I had to deactivate Jetpack today because it disables both Vimeo Short Code and another video plugin I’m using, Artiss YouTube Embed. With Jetpack disabled, this plugin works for me.

I didn’t check the page source code before I fixed it, but the empty paragraph markup you describe would have produced exactly what I was seeing.

I tried this plugin and it did absolutely nothing and no video loads. Just pasting the link to the video works better and requires no plugin.

I got the shortcode to work one time. I then added height and width dimensions and when I reloaded the page the video had disappeared. I deleted the h & w but still no video.
