Vimeo Thumbnails not loading in galleries

    Also of note, I cannot add a custom thumbnail to any of the videos, whenever I attempt to the insert media dialogue comes up, I choose a picture, click “Insert Into Post”, the page refreshes but the videos still do not have a thumbnail.

    Could you please remember what have you done since, the problem appears, maybe have added new plugin , or exported your site from one domain to another, or updated theme …so on

    has this been resolved? I’m having the exact same problem.

    The thumbnails for the vimeo videos dont appear. They are public, not private. The youtube thumbnails work fine.

    I have not installed any new plugins, nor have I changed the theme.

    Yes, it was an server side issue. Huge IT’s support figured out it was a PHP issue, so I changed the PHP version on the server admin page from 5.4 to 5.5 and the thumbnails are working again.
