    Please advise on how I solve my problem:

    I am about to go to my bank to put in a fraud claim for payment of $10.00.
    I have not been upgraded to VIP in spite of payment. I have posted the same wp-puzzle advertisement to upgrade and I see none of the new features I paid for.

    Today is February 19, 2018. If I do not receive support withing three days (by February 21), I will submit a fraud claim and jettison wp-puzzle BASIC.

    My email to support days ago was never answered . . .

    I am feeling that this is a dead or nearly dead site and if it’s taking my money without delivering the software, it’s incompetent and/or a scam.

    Unfortunately we ara not support VIP version here. I am found Your question in support, please be patient at wait for answer – we need more time sometimes. I reccomend also check spam folder at Your email account or login to your account on our website and find purshache history with download link.

    OP Update:

    I checked my bank account and my wppuzzle THEME BASIC VIP is still being processed, so the payment has not yet been made. This would explain why I have not received the software.

    But I purchased about one week ago, so this is taking a long time. Please give me the contact information I need. Thank you.
