VIP Tiers

    I am interested in using a tiered functionaltiy for the loyalty program, where once a customer spends a certain amount within a timeframe it takes them to a higher level and allows them to receive more options for rewards. Will the VIP tiers option be available soon?

    Apologies for the delayed reply. Our team and families were severely impacted by Covid .

    Although the requested feature is currently unavailable , our team is currently working on this and we hope to release this by the end of 2021.

    We are currently delivering enhancements that will provide greater benefit and/ or have been requested by lots of our customers. Please be assured that every feedback will be considered within our roadmap and released.
