If you have disabled the plugin in the backend and it is still appears as if available; please ensure that you have cleared all caches (supercache, redis, varnish – anything that may be installed). Without the plugin no Vipps functionality should be present.

If this is specifically about Vipps Checkout, the checkout page that replaces the standard WooCommerce one; please ensure that you haven’t used the Vipps Checkout page as the checkout page at WooCommerce/Settings/Advanced on the Pages tab. The checkout page used there should be the normal WooCommerce checkout page.

Your page settings look correct, but please also check the “Utsjekk” page to verify if it contains either the standard WooCommerce checkout shortcode or the new WooCommerce checkout block.

As for the other images, I’m not sure how to interpret them . The second image seems to show the normal WooCommerce checkout page, with Vipps obviously enabled. Did you disable the Vipps payment method for this, or the plugin itself?

The second image seems to just show a credit card dialog for a given payment gateway. Is this the bug-free version? If so, which plugin is this?

If you still have the Vipps plugin activated, please check the settings page for it to ensure it is indeed turned off (WooCommerce/Settings/Payment).

If the plugin itself is supposed to be deactivated and you are using an object cache, please deactivate this and try to deactivate the plugin again. Sometimes object caches fail to notice that plugins have been activated/deactivated. You can also just delete the plugin in this case.

    Hello,

Ref: “The second image seems to just show a credit card dialog for a given payment gateway. Is this the bug-free version? If so, which plugin is this?”

–> This is actually Vipps, and where the problem is.

Even if I disable Vipps plugins (also deactive in Vipps-portal), it still aquires.

This aquires not everytime, but often, when you use mobile.

    Rearding this:

“Your page settings look correct, but please also check the “Utsjekk” page to verify if it contains either the standard WooCommerce checkout shortcode or the new WooCommerce checkout block”

    Here we use shortcode: [woocommerce_checkout]

    What is correct to use?

The Vipps portal doesn’t affect your WooCommerce install. The shortcode on the Utsjekk page is correct.

I’m afraid I don’t understand your point about the credit card dialog: There is no such dialog for Vipps; and credit cards are only supported with the Vipps Checkout feature, which you are not using ,and which anyway looks completely different.

With the Vipps plugin disabled, there is no way for the plugin to modify your checkout page. Please verify in the WordPress admins “Plugins” page that the plugin really is deactivated. If it is, you can just delete the plugin. If it is not, deactivate any object cache plugin you are using (Redis, Memcache, SQLite), then deactivate and delete the plugin.

You may want to screenshot the WooCommerce/Settings/Payment page too. With the plugin disabled, there should be no Vipps payment gateway there.

–> If you test this credit card dialog, you will end up checking out at Vipps. Please test your self. Its very strange. Now I have disable Vipps, and this credit dialog stilling showing up, and ending up at Vipps. Please test your self (specially on mobile)

I get a credit card dialog, no Vipps when I try. But in any case, this dialog has nothing to do with the Vipps plugin; there is simply no such form in the plugin.

Can you check what payment gateways you have active at WooCommerce/Settings/Payment ? Some other payment gateways do support Vipps as an additional payment method.

To be quite sure, I’d also delete the Vipps plugin and then be sure to empty all caches.
