    Hey there,

the plugin was working great at first, so I decided to try a own template. I did not like it and wanted to go back to the virtual management page. And here is the problem – I always get a 404. It worked before and I have it working on a test-page, because I could not believe it.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. I also took a look at the options-table and checked if all options are deleted, but I cannot get the virtual management page to work again. Is there any known fix or is that issue known?

Thank you so much in advance!

    Greetings

    Hi,

I don’t remember that issue being reported before.

Often in WordPress when a 404 is where a 404 shouldn’t happen the solution is permalinks regeneration. Head over to WP admin > Settings > Permalinks. Don’t change anything, just click the “Save Changes” button.

If that doesn’t work out, can you please send over a screenshot of the settings in WP admin > StCR > Management Page.

    Hey,

thank you for the fast answer!

I just tried the permalink regeneration, but it did not help for the virtual one. Right now I got it with child theme and own template-page; I do not want to mess around too much with that.

Maybe I could “setup” my test page with this problem. I remember what I did – I felt clever and just put the code from your explanation for a own page into a code-block, probably that messed up everything (even after deleting the page). Want me to try that? ??

    Greetings

    Hi @andreasbaetz

Sorry for the wait, weekend got in the way.

If you are able to replicate the issue on another installation then it should help out in figuring out what’s going on. In that case please send over a step by step on how to get the issue to happen and hopefully I can replicate it on my own installation.
