how can i disable billing fields when only virtual products on checkout.
even there is many solution for this but it’s only works when all variations are virtual.
In my case, variations have virtual or non virtual…

From what you dsecribe if you cannot locate a plugin that allows you to disable the billing fields on an individual per variation manner you may have to have a developer code a custom solution for you.
