Virtual product not received

    Hi,

    I created a virtual giftcard product, and purchased it as a test. The issue is that I do not receive the giftcard by email and its not found under giftcards. I only receive from woocommerce as email and under orders.

    Hi,

    We checked our local site and we couldn’t replicate your issue. If want to check it for you, we have created an order in your site if you could complete the order we can give you some feedback.

    Additionally, try to use our plugin just with WooCommerce without any other plugin and check if you are still having this problem.
