Thank you for the additional details. I just tested this by placing a test order on my site with a virtual product and a physical product, and I can confirm this issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I’m passing along this feedback to our developers so they can filter out the digital products properly.

@omarfpg I see this wasn’t in the latest update. Hoping for a quick fix because it makes a mess of customs forms for international shipments. We’re unable to remove line items or declare anything that doesn’t have a weight, so we’re stuck declaring things that aren’t there.

Splitting the shipment doesn’t give us a workable solution either. Need fixed ASAP.

Thank you for checking in. Correct, this wasn’t ready for the 1.1.2 update, but I can confirm that our developers are working on it, and it’ll be released soon! We’ll notify you as soon as this particular issue is fixed so you can test it.

In the meantime, I understand you’ve tried certain workarounds without finding a proper solution. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. In this case we suggest using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax meanwhile.

Update: I’ve checked with our devs again. This is ready to go; if all goes well, it should be part of 1.1.3, which is set to be released shortly. Again, we’ll keep you posted!

Hi @grangep, we just release 1.1.3 of Woocommerce Shipping which fixes this. Please give it a go and let us know if this resolves the issue.
