WP Simple Galleries VirtualDocumentRoot issue

If server uses VirtualDocumentRoot directive, then $_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’] doesn’t take the right value. This issue is discussed in apache bugzilla https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=26052
The result is the plugin can’t find local files so you have to use LOCAL_FILE_BASE_DIRECTORY
