I was using the wr mega menu plugin https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wr-megamenu/

Having problems with wr mega menue, I tried these plugins: Max mega menu https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/megamenu/ and WP Mega Menu https://wpmegamenu.com/
… but there was always the same problem.

I deactivated all plugins and I’using the virtue theme menu since a few days.

Any idea?

What browser are you seeing this issue on? The menu looks to be displaying as the default of the theme now.

Have you deactivated the mega menu plugin?

thanks for your reply. I tested it on chrome, fireforx and IE – all uptodate.

and yes, I’ve deactivated the mega menu plugin because I could not solve the problem with the mega menu.

Do you have any clue what could be the problem?

Is there anyway you could post a link to your site with the plugin activated? I just installed this plugin to test https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/megamenu/ and I didn’t have an issues?

thanks for your reply. I activated the mega menu plugin (max mega menu) for you.
As I mentioned above, the whole subsubmenu is displayed hovering the menu.

Example: Australien/ Reiseberichte.
Website: rollkoefferchen.de

– MainMenu: Australien
– Menu: Reiseberichte
– Submenu: Queensland
– Subsubmenu e.g. Cairns, Mareeba,…

Do you have a clue what could be the problem?

Hey Tina,
When I test with that plugin I’m not getting that kind of layout at all. Ensure that your plugin settings are all configured correctly. Also ensure you’re not using any plugins that could be conflicting with this one. Let me know if there’s no change.

I think there might be a misunderstanding of what this is supposed to do? If you make the dropdown to have columns then the submenu items are going to be show. Thats how the plugin works. Try activating another theme and see what the menu does I’m not seeing anything that would be creating a conflict with the theme.
