Hi,

Ive looked and tried, cant find it – how to change the contact form field names that sits right on top over each form field. In this case: “Name, Email, Message”.
I quite like the default contact template. And I would like to change those names. Basically translate them into their equivalents in Swedish language.

Where do we do this, or is it possible even?

I would like to not use any contact form plugin at this time, although that of course is a possibility. but that, I guess, would affect the general default user interace of the contact form?

Hey,

The contact form is intentionally pretty basic since there are so many good plugins out there.

I suggest wp forms, and I’ve made a tutorial for it here:

The theme virtue is not yet translated to Swedish. Feel free to suggest Swedish strings. I’m on mobile now, so I can’t serve deep link.

Kevin, yes woforms is nice. I have generally used Contactform7 on several sites, and lately tried out Ninjaforms. I guess I need to use any of those three for my clients contact form. Either: Contactform7, wpforms or Ninjaforms.

To date I have found that virtue very simple form and Contactform7 doesn’t save feedback/emails in Ty he wordpress dashboard. Which these days are better, not clogging up in the world dashboard, and more GDPR friendly/useful.
