I am writing for help because I am trying to remove some outbound links from the footer section of my site. The custom-html code was initially included in my footer-widgets-section. My old tech team seems to have reorganized my widget section (its empty now) and moved the original custom-html code elsewhere. I cant seem to locate the log for that change. It would be helpful if someone here could point me in the right direction.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey,
You can edit your footer contents from Appearance > Widgets. Is that what you’re looking for, or am I misunderstanding?

    Hi Hannah,

Thanks for your response. I am not able to find any of my custom-html content when I go through Appearance > Widgets. It seems to have been moved elsewhere, but I am unable to locate it in my code base. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Thanks.

Are you using a child theme?

    No, I am not.

I was able to find what I needed.

To anyone who has a similar issue this is what I did:
Dashboard?> Appearance > Theme Editor > templates/footer.php (Uncomment the html code that contained images with hyperlinks)

Glad you found what you were after. We actually do not recommend editing through there. If you are editing the theme files you should use a child theme. https://www.kadencewp.com/child-themes/
