    Hi Hannah, can’t quite find the words, it is a bug in attempting to update the home icon menu, thus the screencast. Shortened it up a bit and this one seems to be playing: https://screencast.com/t/T0o7C83as

    Hey, that is definitely strange. I would try deactivating plugins.
    If that doesn’t work try uploading this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redux-framework/

    Thanks Hannah, saw that you mentioned that plugin in another thread. Will go that route, as have tried the disable plugins route to no avail.

    If the plugin doesn’t work it seems there could be some code saved into the theme options string that is throwing off the layout. If you can get a copy of your theme options using the export feature, then try resetting your theme options for the home layout section. If that works you can just reset that one sections.
    Else you can re-import your theme options and report here that that wasn’t the issue.
