The line between the name and bio text is coming from the “Spacer/Divider” block. See this screenshot – https://share.zight.com/E0uN7EJX

The outer border styles were assigned for each inner Section block. Go to its block settings and set the “Border” options to 0PX. The option can be found under the STYLE settings – https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/section-block/#style-settings
