Virtue Portfolio not showing images

  • Hi, I am using the free Virtue theme

    I have created 5 Portfolio Items and added an image to the Featured Image on each portfolio. Next I have created a page, named it ‘My Portfolio’, added ‘Portfolio Grid to it in Page Attributes.
    My Homepage is the My Portfolio page. I have added a Portfolio Carousel with the Virtue ‘Home Layout Manager’

    I have installed the Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit
    The permalinks are set on ‘post name’

    Now my portfolio page does not show any images (?)

    Hi mdl700,
    If your portfolio page is your home page you need to have Page Content enabled in the homepage layout manager (theme options > home layout).

    Hey, so for clarity. With the free version you can’t have the portfolio grid on the home page because the home page is it’s own template and it overrides whatever template you are using.

    You can still use the portfolio carousel and have a different page be your portfolio grid page.

    If you can post a link so we can see more we may have some other options for you.

    I enabled the Page Content in the homepage layout editor, with no success.

    I need a portfolio on the home page, so I see I have to switch to the Premium version.
