Virtue Premium Template comes with Russian?

The premium has a partial translation to Russian, similar to the free. Not all of the admin is translated. Editing the translation or adding to it can be pretty easy too.

Unfortunately, no ru_RU.po file in Virtue Free distrib (2.3.2).
