Virtue Social Links Widget

  • Will Virtue be adding TikTok to their social links widget? It is the only major social channel that I noticed was missing. I’d prefer to not have to add a link separately since verything matches so nicely right now.

    Hi,
    Virtue is an older theme and not the primary focus of KadenceWP. While it will continue to receive basic updates, I can’t promise that many enhancements will be made to it. You can read more on that here: https://www.kadencewp.com/theme-comparison/

    Oh. If we switch to Kadence will all the coding we’ve already put into our sites work the same or will the sites look different and we’ll have to spend hours changing things and recoding?

    There unfortunately isn’t a way to do a totally seamless move as the themes are coded pretty differently. But we would be happy to help however we can if you decide to make the switch.

    Okay. Except for custom css would the pages look the same? Or would this require changing the layout of every page? Between my several websites I have around 200 pages.

    Hi,
    The layout would likely appear differently. What kind of layout do you have now? You can use the customizer to bulk edit all your posts.
