Virtue theme: Lightbox not working

    I use the virtue theme and when I turn on Lightbox, and save it it still does not work. When I return (or reload) the page the checkox enable lighbox for product images is turned of again!

    Is it not supported or is this an issue/error?

    I am using a dutch version, if my translations are not correct please forgive me ??

  • Hey,
    The theme supports a lightbox. You don’t turn this on in the woocommerce settings. You can leave that alone it’s supposed to be unchecked so you don’t load extra scripts.

    In your theme options > misc settings you can turn the Lightbox on and off. If it’s on and your not seeing the Lightbox it means there is likely a javascript error on your site. If you post a link I can tell you the cause.

    Hello,

    I have a similar problem.
    When I first installed my Virtue Theme the lightbox in product pages was working just fine. However somehow it is not working any more. When I click the gallery image, it just opens a new window with the image itself.
    My lightbox option is t?rned on in the settings and I deactivated and activated all the plugins one by one.
    However, couldn’t been able to solve the problem.

    If you want the lightbox then the setting should be turned off. It is off by defualt, the setting is for if you want to force the lightbox off.
