Virtue theme mobile menu is blank

  • Hi –

    I’m not sure when it started, but when the site is viewed using a mobile device, the menu doesn’t appear. In its place is just a white strip.

    I’ve tried disabling plugins, and did all but just EventEspresso. I was worried about any data being lost – not sure if that can happen. I’ll backup the site later tonight and give it it a try.

    Is there anything else I should be looking at?

    Fortunately the problem is already fixed.
    I asked to my website provider to restore a backup to come back before the problem occured.
    In fact my problem occured when I updated Jetpack plugin, after the “Featured image” portfolio page hadn’t the good size on a portfolio page. After many types of tests i prefered to restore the older version.

    In your appearance > menus have you assigned a menu to your mobile navigation?

    I’m pretty embarrassed! Somehow the mobile menu assignment was undone. Thanks so much, Ben. It’s all ok now.
