'Virtue' theme. support and plugins not showing

Hi
I’m building a WP site using the free Kadence theme ‘Virtue’. I can find little to none support for working with the theme, even from the developers. What I want to know is where I can get help with just basic stuff like adding pages, product categories etc ie: is there a manual anywhere I can access that anyone knows of?
Also I have added categories and also added widgets to the sidebar but nothing appears on the ‘live site’. Don’t know how to address this.
I have already built a different WP site with no problems, but this one seems to be not as user friendly.
