I am not sure whether it is complaining about the script itself or the connection to coinhive.com.

Does it also alert when you access the page coinhive.com in your browser?

Try activating ‘pro’ version in settings > standard/basic/pro. Then go to settings > assets and enable the checkbox of “Host Coin Hive Script”. Does that help?

I am not going to use pro version, and donate more, because of a deny of virus. Can you just check this and be sure on every type it works?

By the way, the message says: Possible threat is resolved. Infected with JS Miner:A.

AVG, BBS, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky detect coinhive script as a virus, adblocker uBlock Origin blocks it all together

If you are pool mining the donation fee is not dependent on the version you use. I will provide better documentation for that in the next days. Pool fee is always 20%.

    Please try with pro version.

I think that usually monero pool fee is between 0,5 – 2%.
Coin Hive takes 5% for using their script and you want at least 10%.
I think it’s time to change plugin.

    Coin Hive takes 30%:
    https://coinhive.com/#payouts

I.e. you get 70% of the average XMR we earn. Unlike a traditional mining pool, this rate is fixed, regardless of actual blocks found and the luck involved finding them. We keep 30% for us to operate this service and to (hopefully) turn a profit.

    Published v 2.5.0.

For preventing adblock enable ‘pro’ version in settings > standard/basic/pro. Then go to settings > assets and enable the checkbox of “Host Coin Hive Script”. Also click button “Update coinhive Scripts”.

Note that this option is now improved and should prevent adblock better, but it may also be a bit unstable.

Hello, avast also detects, I have the pro version installed, greetings

Okay I see. You are using Https. This is not yet supported for self hosting coin hive scripts.

I will reopen this issue and fix it.

We hope to update, thank you very much Dennis

I have just published v 2.6.0. Added support for https:// sites.

Update to the new version, choose pro version if not already done. Then go to settings > assets and enable “Host Coin Hive Script”. Finally click “Update coinhive Scripts”.

    Perfect, thanks

avast marks the site as virus when self hosting scripts or remote hosted. Is it possible to get this away?
